Terms & Conditions — 3kvib Platform User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3kvib ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 3kvib website at https://3kvib.com, including all associated betting, gaming, payment, and account management services.

3kvib reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 3kvib platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms governing your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 3kvib's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 3kvib.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion, competition, or bonus offer terms, the specific offer terms shall take precedence for the matter they address, but these general Terms shall otherwise continue to apply in full.

Use of the 3kvib platform is restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 3kvib does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, place bets, or use any feature of the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any person employed by 3kvib or by any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or payment processors.
• You are not using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law and where such access would render 3kvib non-compliant.
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification

3kvib applies strict age verification procedures as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing your first withdrawal request, you will be required to submit one or more of the following identity documents: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — all as issued by the Government of Bangladesh. If 3kvib has reasonable grounds to believe a player may be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification, and all funds in the account will be held during the investigation period.

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the payment source used, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited in full. 3kvib takes underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry into such matters.

Geographic Eligibility

3kvib's primary target market is the adult population of Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh accept full personal responsibility for ensuring that their use of the platform does not violate any applicable local ordinance, statute, or regulation. 3kvib makes no representation that the services offered on this platform are legal or available in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

To access the full range of 3kvib services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and financial transactions, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all 3kvib accounts:

Registration Requirements

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 3kvib platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your National ID, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account for personal use only: Your 3kvib account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, share, or allow any other person to access or operate your account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.

Password and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 3kvib login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 3kvib will never ask you to reveal your full password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication requesting your full password, treat it as a fraudulent phishing attempt and contact 3kvib support immediately.

You must notify 3kvib immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security. 3kvib will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account credentials.

KYC Verification

3kvib operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. KYC documents — including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership — may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle and must be provided within 7 calendar days of the request. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within this period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3kvib supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 3kvib, however your payment provider's own transaction limits may apply.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your 3kvib wallet instantly for bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your account balance.
• 3kvib does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 3kvib accepts no responsibility.
• 3kvib reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion if the transaction is flagged by its fraud detection systems or if the payment source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to the account. 3kvib does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not used for deposits, or payment methods not previously registered on the account.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request will be processed. Subsequent withdrawals from already-verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad recipients.
• 3kvib reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request above ৳50,000, or any withdrawal that triggers internal risk management thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity once maintenance is complete.

Transaction Limits Summary

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the 3kvib platform, including cricket betting, other sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, and crash games. Specific game rules provided within each game or market interface supplement these general rules and take precedence for any matter they specifically address.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are placed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Odds are displayed in decimal format by default, with an option to switch to fractional or moneyline display in account settings.
• A bet is considered accepted and binding only once 3kvib's system has confirmed the wager and issued a unique bet reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid, regardless of any visual display shown to the player during network interruptions.
• 3kvib reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, data feed error, or human input error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's wallet in full.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to match events, data feed issues, or risk management decisions. Bets already confirmed before a suspension are unaffected; bets attempted during a suspension will not be accepted.
• 3kvib uses official match data from accredited sports data providers for the settlement of all cricket and sports betting markets. In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen display and the official data source, the official data source will govern settlement.
• Minimum bet stake across all sports markets is ৳10. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and account tier, and are displayed within the bet placement interface.

Cricket-Specific Rules

• For match result markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all bilateral series involving Bangladesh), a minimum number of overs must be bowled for the result to stand as defined in the specific market rules. If the minimum overs threshold is not met due to weather, abandonment, or other causes, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event that a match is abandoned without a result and the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is not applied, all pre-match and in-play result bets will be voided. Bets on specific statistical markets (top batsman, most sixes, etc.) that have already been definitively determined before abandonment may be settled as normal at 3kvib's discretion.
• Player performance markets (top batsman, top bowler, player of the match) are settled on the official match scorecard as published by the relevant cricket board (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a tie in a performance market, the player who appeared highest in the batting or bowling order will be declared the winner of that market.

Casino and Slots Rules

• All casino games and slot titles available on 3kvib use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are published within the respective game information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the round will be completed according to the game engine's recorded state at the time of disconnection. 3kvib is not responsible for network interruptions caused by the player's internet service provider or device.
• Malfunctions in any game — whether in slots, live casino, or crash games — void all related pays and wagers for the affected game round. Any displayed winnings from a game malfunction are not valid and will not be credited.

3kvib offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonus funds credited to a 3kvib account are subject to a wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified clearly in the individual offer terms at the time of claim.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified in the bonus offer. Any bonus funds remaining in the account after the expiry of the time limit will be removed automatically, along with any winnings generated from those bonus funds.
• 3kvib reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of any active bonus, or limit bonus eligibility to specific player segments at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonuses via the email or mobile number registered on their account.
• Bonus funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes within the 3kvib platform. Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• Players who self-exclude or place their account on a cooling-off period will have any active bonus and associated wagering progress forfeited for the duration of the restriction period.
• 3kvib reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if there is evidence that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or as part of a coordinated bonus abuse strategy.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 3kvib Welcome Bonus of 100% match on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit for the Welcome Bonus is ৳500. The Welcome Bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount and must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. The Welcome Bonus is available to each new player once only and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other welcome offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3kvib platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant legal authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of identity fraud in connection with a 3kvib account.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one 3kvib account, or creating a new account after a previous account has been closed for a Terms violation, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including — but not limited to — chip dumping in poker-style games, match-fixing-related betting, or coordinated in-play manipulation.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic low-risk wagering, hedging strategies, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming designed to extract bonus value without genuine play risk.
• Unauthorised software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, predictive software, screen scrapers, or any other software tool to automate or assist betting activity in a manner not authorised by 3kvib.
• Money laundering: Using the 3kvib platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer or integrate criminally obtained funds through wagering activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to your 3kvib account. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended and the chargeback amount, plus any associated fees and winnings, will be subject to recovery.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately taking advantage of any identified bug, glitch, technical malfunction, or pricing error on the platform. Players who identify a technical error are required to report it to [email protected] immediately and refrain from further play on the affected market or game.

3kvib reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct connected to the account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction or closure of the account.
• Prolonged account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts will receive a prior notification at the registered email address before any action is taken.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 3kvib account at any time by contacting [email protected] with your registered email address and a clear instruction to close the account. Before closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed at the time of closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need to stop gambling should use the self-exclusion tool available within their account settings, or contact support to activate self-exclusion immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated, no new accounts may be opened, and all marketing communications will be suspended. Effect of Closure on Outstanding Bets

Any bets placed and accepted before an account suspension or closure will be settled normally in accordance with the applicable betting rules. Settlement proceeds from bets placed before closure will be paid to the verified payment method on record, provided the closure was not due to a Terms violation involving those specific bets.
